Welcome to The Monogram Divas. The following terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By accessing, viewing, creating an account or placing an order with us, you indicate that you have read, understand and agree with these terms and intend to be bound by them.
The Monogram Divas reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order we feel is not in the best interest of our company, or you, our customer. Among the common reasons for order cancellation include limitations on product quantities available for purchase. inaccurate product and/or pricing information, credit card transactions identified as possible fraud. If an order is refused or cancelled, either your credit card will not be charged, or a full refund will be issued to the original credit card used.
The pricing displayed on our site is for informational purposes only and is subject to change at any time. While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, occasionally typographical errors may occur. In the event that an order is placed for a product which is listed on the site with an incorrect price, we will do our best to work with you; however, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel such order. Product pricing is subject to change without notice.
General Ordering Rules
* Orders can only be changed, modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
*Only 1 coupon allowed per order
* Monogrammed / personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned
The vast majority of our products are custom made and personalized in house. Please allow 5-7 business days for your products to be personalized before they are ready to ship. If you order monogrammed and non-monogrammed items, your entire order will ship once the monogrammed items are complete.
Due to the limited quantities, high demand and customized nature of our products, exchanges cannot be allowed.
The Monogram Divas uses the United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method. FedEx Ground service is also used for larger packages. This ensures our customers a reliable and cost-effective way of shipping their orders. A tracking number, issued by the USPS or FedEx, will be sent with every order. Please note, neither The Monogram Divas, the Postal Service, nor FedEx can guarantee a specific delivery date, UNLESS the expedited shipping option is chosen for your order.
Your package will be shipped without a signature required. If you wish to sign for your package when delivered, please specify it in the comments section of your check-out page. Unless specified, your order will be shipped WITHOUT a signature required on delivery.
The Monogram Divas keeps a large amount of products in stock at our premises. The remaining items we carry, will ship directly from our distribution centers. Most items will take between 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS to be monogrammed or personalized, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. This means we require 5-7 business days to process your order BEFORE it ships out. Depending on your location, please add 1-5 days for the shipping carrier to deliver your package. During busy times of the year, it may take additional time to process your order. Personalized orders generally take a little longer to process, as each item is customized just for you. Please check the product description for availability.

- We are not responsible for delays with USPS or FedEx
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. All packages and/or products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Please contact USPS or FedEx with your tracking number, in the event your order package is lost or damaged.
- We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by either USPS or FedEx. Please contact them directly with your tracking number.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY to ensure all information is accurate.

RUSH ORDERS are available. If you need your order shipped sooner than our normal processing times, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order. Please choose "Expedited Shipping" to ensure expedited processing & delivery. Orders using Expedited Delivery, provided that the items ordered are in stock, will typically ship out within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt of the order. This means, if you place your order on a Saturday or a Sunday, your order may take 24 to 72 hours from 9:AM the following Monday for your order to process and ship out. Shipping/transit time will be 2 days from the time we ship your order via FedEx. If an item(s) is/are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an alternate item, if one is available.
Due to the customized nature of most of our products, returns are generally not allowed. Returns are only allowed based on the following:
- The wrong item(s) was shipped to you.
- The personalization or monogramming is incorrect.
We will then accept a return or exchange provided the following
- You contact us within 24 hours from receipt of your order, to obtain a Return Authorization number.
- You return the item(s) to us in perfect, unworn, unaltered condition AND in the original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- You return the item(s) within 3 days from the day the Return Authorization was issued.
- Once we receive your return package, a credit will be issued to the original credit card used.
Because we make every order custom just for you, Monogrammed, Personalized items are non returnable, non refundable.
